Its good to be home and getting back to normal

Special prayers were said this morning at church
The world is so divided ...
I pray that we stand strong in the face of evil
and Trust...
After church we took a wonderful afternoon stroll around the park
building up our appetites for a delicious home cooked roast dinner
Then the rest of the evening was spent knitting...
on my needles is the start of a new "miss Marple" scarf ..
and looking through my "new" knitting book from 1933 which is is in immaculate condition
Its jam packed with gorgeous designs.. and I think Im going to make a sweater set
But Im not too sure about knitting a bathing suit tho...
I remember my mother telling me that when they went swimming... they stretched..
So its time to wind down and just relax and listen to
Les Brown and his Orchestra from 1944 ~ "Twilight Time"
A perfect end to an incredibly stressful and emotional week..
