Growing Beautifully..

Happy Saturday Lovelies...

Well the work orders at the MrD's plant have soared and for the first time in a long time MrD worked a Saturday. We still managed to eat breakfast together before he left ..well he ate.. as 5am was a litte too early for me

So while he was away I spent some time working in our Victory Garden, which is doing very well.. The Potato Patch has started to die back so in a week or so we will have delicious home grown spuds on our plates. Everything else is growing beautifully

Strawberries are bursting through the flowers..

masses of tomatoes...

and tiny cucumbers are appearing on the vine.. 

 and at last.. our turnips are starting to plump out.

I’m hoping their leaves will stay healthy as tasty turnip greens is something I really love to eat
